Trial Lessons

Trial lessons are free (1 hour) and carry no obligation to enroll
Trial sessions must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability and avoid clashes with regular classes

Class Rescheduling

Flexibility Within Your Cycle:

If you miss classes during your monthly cycle, you may attend makeup classes for those missed days within the same billing cycle
Once your monthly cycle ends, missed classes from that cycle cannot be carried forward
For specific situations or exceptions, please contact us directly

Cancellation by Musicians’ Den:

If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at your convenience
We will notify you as early as possible

Fee Refunds

Monthly Fees: Fees once paid are non-refundable. However, missed classes can be made up within the same monthly cycle as described above.
Discontinuation: If you wish to discontinue, inform us before the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current cycle, but remaining classes can be completed within that cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to medical emergencies or relocation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with supporting documentation.
