Agreement
By enrolling at Musicians’ Den or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment & Classes
- Trial Lesson: We offer a free 1-hour one-on-one trial lesson for new students. Trial sessions must be scheduled in advance to avoid clashes with existing classes.
- Regular Classes: Scheduled based on mutual availability between student and mentor.
- Age Requirement: Enrollment is open to students aged 10 years and above. For students under 18, a parent/guardian must complete enrollment.
Student Conduct
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Treat instruments and studio equipment with care
- Inform us in advance if you need to reschedule
Instrument & Equipment
- Instruments are provided during lessons at our studio
- Students are responsible for any damage caused to equipment due to misuse
- For online classes, students must arrange their own instrument
Intellectual Property
- All content on musiciansdenindia.com (logos, images, videos, text) is owned by Musicians’ Den
- Student performance videos uploaded to our platforms remain our property unless otherwise agreed
- You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
Media Usage
By enrolling, you agree that Musicians’ Den may photograph or record lessons, workshops, and performances. This media may be used for promotional purposes including our website, social media, and YouTube channel.
Liability
- Musicians’ Den is not liable for personal injuries during classes unless caused by our negligence
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.
